Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 28, 2026
This policy explains how Raby Enterprises Inc. ("we", "us") handles information through this website (JakeRaby.com) and the mobile and web apps we publish. Some apps also have their own, more detailed policy, linked below; where an app's policy is more specific, it applies to that app.
The short version
- We don't sell your personal information or your content.
- Our apps don't contain advertising, and none of them track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- We collect only what an app needs to work, and you can ask us to delete it.
This website
Our support form collects your name, email and message; we use them only to reply to you and do not sell or share them. The support form is processed on Expo EAS Hosting. Like most websites, this website may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and reliability.
Information our apps collect
Each app collects only what it needs to work. The categories of data each app collects are listed in its section below. We use this information to provide the app's features, respond to you, deliver notifications you have turned on and run our business. We do not use it for advertising.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of our users, the public or us.
App-specific details
Buckalytics
Buckalytics is for users 18 and older.
What Buckalytics collects and why. Buckalytics collects: the hunter name you use in the app; your live-sit details (stand, cameras watched and time window); your device's push-notification token, if you allow alerts; trail-camera events and photos from the connected trail-camera account, used to build your feed, alerts and trends; and support messages you send (your name, an optional phone number, your message and basic app details such as app version and platform). The stand and camera locations you enter are used to compute your stand picks. Buckalytics never reads your phone's location and never asks for your trail-camera password. You sign in with an access code; Buckalytics doesn't create a personal account for you.
Ownership and retention. Raby Enterprises Inc. owns the data collected through Buckalytics and keeps data for as long as the app operates, because it is built on trend data gathered over years.
Cost, ads and your data. Buckalytics is currently free, with no ads, no subscriptions and no sale of data. Buckalytics does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Delete or opt out at any time. You can delete your data or opt out at any time through the in-app Support tab, the support form, or by calling +1 (706) 219-4874. You can also turn off Buckalytics notifications in iOS Settings. Deleting the app removes most data from your phone; ask us to delete what's on our servers. When you ask us to delete your data, we delete the data linked to you. Aggregated, de-identified trends already derived from it are kept and can't be traced back to you.
Download your data. To take your history with you, request a copy through the in-app Support tab, the support form, or by calling +1 (706) 219-4874.
Policy changes. Buckalytics users are notified of changes to this policy by in-app push notification, and the effective date at the top of this policy is updated.
Aircooled Technology Engines (R.A.T.)
What it collects. Your account details (name, email address and an optional phone number); the messages, photos and documents exchanged about your commission; price and discovery-call requests and your answers; change-order decisions; records of your build, including invoices and payment schedule; and your device's push-notification token, if you turn on notifications. The app does not take card payments and does not collect your location. Full policy: rat-engines.expo.app/legal/privacy.
Flat Six Innovations (FSI)
What it collects. Your account details (name, email address and an optional phone number); price and discovery-call requests and your answers; engine-ownership verification details (engine serial number, an optional VIN, your car and the year you bought it, and an engine-tag photo if you send one); Generation Five launch alerts you opt into, with an optional platform; your messages, including support messages, and the photos, videos and files exchanged about your build; and your device's push-notification token, if you turn on notifications. The app does not take card payments and does not collect your location. Full policy: fsi.expo.app/legal/privacy.
Tool Library (working name)
The Tool Library is an upcoming web app for machine shops. It is not in any app store.
What it collects and why. To sign you in and control access: your email address, account ID and display name. To run the app: your shop's name and members, invitations you send (the invited person's email address), your shop data (machines, magazine pockets, carts, tools, specs, holders, notes and the move history), holder photos you choose to take, the suppliers you save, and your cart and order history (item numbers and quantities, with no payment data). For support: the messages you send, plus a screenshot and basic device details (browser, screen size and language) only if you choose to attach them. This data is used only to run the app. It is not sold or shared, and not used for advertising. The app has no analytics, ads or tracking, and doesn't collect your location, contacts or payment card details.
Orders. The app takes no payments. When you order, the item numbers and quantities in your cart open on the supplier's own website, where you check out and pay under that company's own terms and privacy policy.
Deletion and a copy of your data. In the app, go to Settings > Account and choose Delete my account… to delete your account and data, or Download my data (JSON) to get a copy. You can also use the in-app Support tab, the support form, or call +1 (706) 219-4874.
Mechanical Classroom
The Mechanical Classroom app is coming soon and not yet released.
What it collects. A display name you choose and your role (teacher, family, student or guest); for students, a first name only, the class they joined and which lesson steps they finished; for families, learner nicknames and age bands, lesson progress and build-journal photos you add; support messages and any photos you attach; kit, order and booking requests you send; and your device's push-notification token, if you allow alerts. Students join with a teacher's class code and do not create a sign-in.
Who can see it. Teachers see only their own classes. Families see only their own learners. Build-journal photos are private to the family that took them. Our support team sees support messages and requests so it can answer them.
Deleting your data. In the app, Account > Delete account removes your login, profile, support conversation, family data and private photos. A parent or teacher can ask us to delete a student's data at any time through the support form or by calling +1 (706) 892-8192.
The Mechanical Classroom pages on this website collect nothing; if you call us or use our support form, we use your message only to reply.
The Knowledge Gruppe (coming soon)
The Knowledge Gruppe app is coming soon and not yet released. This section will describe its data practices before launch.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your account: in apps with a login, open Account and tap Delete account (in the Tool Library: Settings > Account > Delete my account…).
- Notifications: turn them off at any time in your phone's settings.
- Access, correction or deletion: use the app's Support tab, our support form, or call +1 (706) 219-4874. We'll respond within 30 days. Records of commissioned builds and financial transactions may be kept as required for business and legal purposes. For Buckalytics, see its section above for what is kept after deletion.
Residents of states with privacy laws, such as California, Virginia and Colorado, may make these requests the same way.
Children
Our websites and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. The exception is Mechanical Classroom: students join with a teacher's class code and a first name only, under school or parent supervision, with no ads, and we delete their data on request. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it. Buckalytics is for users 18 and older.
Security and retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires; Buckalytics keeps data as described in its section above. No system is perfectly secure, so we limit what we collect.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above, and tell you in the app when a change is significant. Buckalytics users are notified of changes by in-app push notification.
