These terms cover the apps published by Raby Enterprises Inc. ("we", "us"): Buckalytics, Aircooled Technology Engines (R.A.T.), Flat Six Innovations (FSI), Mechanical Classroom (coming soon) and the Tool Library (working name) (upcoming). How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Apps from the Apple App Store
Apps you get from the App Store, and any purchases you make in them, are licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Payments are handled by Apple. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Apps from Google Play (when available)
Apps you get from Google Play, and any purchases you make in them, are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Payments are handled by Google, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
Web apps and direct purchases
Some of our apps, such as the Tool Library (working name), run in a web browser. Purchases of a web app are not made through Apple or Google, so Apple's and Google's purchase and refund terms don't apply to them. The Tool Library is a web app and is not in any app store. It is free while in development; if we ever charge for it, the price and terms will be shown before any charge.
Tool data and offsets
The Tool Library is a record-keeping aid. You must verify all tool data, tool offsets and exported tool libraries before using them on a machine. You are responsible for your machine setup and the parts you cut.
Purchases on other websites
Some apps link to other companies' websites. For example, the Tool Library can send a parts order to Haas's website, where you check out and pay under Haas's own terms. Those purchases are between you and that company.
