Inspiring Mechanical Minds

Hands-on mechanical learning, from elementary school through college.

Mechanical Classroom gives learners real experience with their hands and minds: taking apart, rebuilding and starting a real engine. Kits and experiences are available for schools, and for individuals and families who want the experience at home.

The real learning experience

Today's children lack hands-on experience with mechanical devices. Because of this, children with very strong mechanical aptitudes are not being identified, and our workforce is seeing dramatic reductions in areas where mechanical aptitudes are required. Mechanical Kids build the devices they play with, and learn from the experience.

Primary objective

To offer a mechanical experience where learners get familiar with using their hands and minds to work on mechanical devices, including engines, go-karts and mini-bikes.

Secondary objective

To identify learners with strong mechanical aptitudes, who may otherwise go unnoticed in conventional classroom experiences and evaluations.
