We're a small team and we read every message. Here's the fastest way to get help.
General support
App support is in-app: open the app's Support tab to reach Jacob directly. You can also call +1 (706) 219-4874 Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM Eastern. We aim to reply within one hour during those hours.
When you contact us, please include the app or product name, your device and app version (for app issues), and a short description or screenshot of the problem.
Buckalytics
Support is through the app's in-app Support tab, which reaches Jacob directly. You can also use our support form.
- To ask us to delete your data or for a copy of it, use the in-app Support tab or the support form, and include your hunter nickname. Deleting the app removes most data from your phone; ask us to delete what's on our servers.
- Notifications can be turned off in iOS Settings → Notifications → Buckalytics.
Aircooled Technology Engines (R.A.T.)
Support is through the app's in-app Support tab, which reaches Jacob directly. You can also use our support form.

- Delete your account: open the Account tab, tap Delete account and confirm. Shop records of a commissioned build stay with the shop.
Flat Six Innovations (FSI)
Support is through the app's in-app Support tab, which reaches Jake directly. You can also use our support form. The app is live on the web at fsi.expo.app and as an iPhone preview; it is not on the App Store or Google Play yet.

Mechanical Classroom
Send us a message with the support form or call +1 (706) 892-8192. The Mechanical Classroom app is coming soon and is not yet released.

Tool Library (working name)
Support is through the app's in-app Support tab, which reaches Jacob directly. You can also use our support form. The Tool Library is a web app and is not in any app store.
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to get a reset link by email.
- Delete your account and data: in the app, go to Settings > Account and choose Delete my account…
- Get a copy of your data: in the app, go to Settings > Account and choose Download my data (JSON). You can also ask through the in-app Support tab or the support form.
